Wash as needed. The antibacterial silver-treated material resists odors, allowing extended wear between washes (Our Head of Operations, Sarah, washes hers once per week after 5+ super sweaty workouts).
Replace annually or if you notice significant wear, damage, or stretching. If it still fits well and provides a high level of support and comfort, continue to wear it beyond one year.
