Is the bra easy to put on?

The bra is firmer to put on than you might be used to. Since 80% of a bra’s support should come from the underband, any non-adjustable sports bra that’s stretchy enough to slip over your shoulders lacks real support. As the underband and straps adjustors are at the back,it may not be suitable for those with shoulder or arm mobility limitations.
