SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 0-2 business days of receiving your order. Please note that orders placed after 5 pm on Fridays, weekends, and holidays might be processed on the next business day. 

INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


DELIVERY POLICY

Standard delivery is 3 to 6 business days. Delivery times may take longer depending on the destination. 

Tigers Eye will provide the Customer with an email notification with shipping information, including a tracking number. 

Tigers Eye is not responsible for any delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including carrier delays, delays due to severe weather conditions, or labor problems. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are beyond our control and may vary depending on the country's customs regulations.

We ship to APO/FPO boxes. Be aware that longer shipping and delivery times may apply. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

Tigers Eye does not offer free exchanges. Please return the item you ordered in accordance with our returns policy and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a new purchase order for your preferred item.


RETURNS POLICY

We understand that there may be instances where you wish to return a product to us. Even if you don't have any other legal right to receive a refund or exchange, you are still entitled to return a product under the following conditions:

(a) The returned product is returned to and received by us within 30 days from the date it was delivered.

(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with all attached labels intact, and in a condition that allows us to resell it as new.

Please note that you are responsible for the postage costs associated with returns under this policy. Additional charges may apply for overseas orders. We ask you to use tracked postage.

REFUND POLICY

Returning Goods Within Our 30-Day Returns Period: 

If you return a product within 30 days (in accordance with our return policy), we will refund the full price of the product, excluding the initial shipping and delivery charges.

Canceling and Returning Goods Within the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Should you wish to cancel your entire order within 14 days, in accordance with the
Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can do so by returning the item(s) to us. Alternatively, you can provide written notice via email or letter. In such cases, we will arrange a refund for the full price of the product, excluding the initial shipping and delivery charges.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
