Underband
Wrap the tape tightly around your underband. Make sure the tape is straight all the way around your ribcage. Take a note of this number.

Bust
Loosely measure around the fullest part of your breasts. Ensure the tape doesn’t fall down and doesn’t cause indentations on the skin. Take a note of this number.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a thread and measure its length with a ruler. Alternatively, if you’re in the UK, drop us a message, so we can send you a free measuring tape.
